In light of the recent news surrounding SunPower’s bankruptcy, we want to take this opportunity to address how this affects systems we installed under the SunPower name and, more importantly, clarify our commitment to you moving forward.

Firstly, it’s important to understand that we no longer have legal authority to work on SunPower systems or have access to SunPowerโ€™s monitoring systems. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to service or support any manufacturer warranties that were originally backed by SunPower, as this requires access to systems and resources that are no longer available to us. Even with that capability, servicing these warranties would incur additional costs.

However, we want to reassure you that our commitment to you and the quality of our work remains strong. Our workmanship warranty, which covers roof leaks and any issues directly related to the installation of your solar system, is still fully active. This warranty, provided by our team, ensures that you are protected from any installation-related concerns.

Additionally, systems that were installed in the latter half of 2018 may have Enphase microinverters. Enphase is honoring the warranty on these inverters, but we would need to update your monitoring hardware to ensure continued performance. If you’re unsure about which inverters you have, please feel free to reach out to us, and weโ€™ll be happy to assist you.

We understand this situation may cause uncertainty, but we are here to guide and support you through any questions or concerns you may have. While we cannot service SunPowerโ€™s manufacturer warranties, our team continues to stand behind the quality of our installations and is dedicated to resolving any issues that fall under our workmanship guarantee.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team if you need further clarification or support. We are committed to continuing to serve you and ensuring that your journey toward energy independence remains stable and reliable.
